Description
Nestled in Barcelona’s Eixample, Casa Lobster embraces both the physical and spiritual legacy of its space. Once a daring art gallery founded in the 1960s by René Metrás, its classic funnel-shaped plan leads to a rear courtyard. We reimagined this heritage as an immersive sculpture that doubles as a product display—center stage, tactile, interactive. Inspired by the gallery’s avant-garde spirit, we introduced a “tunnel” of twelve solid methacrylate tubes above the main path, reinterpreting the original vaulted canopies. More than a shop, Casa Lobster is a carefully choreographed journey: workshop, patio, fitting rooms, and fluid transitions that guide visitors through a seamless, atmospheric experience.
